Christina du Breuil – Bible Study

Hi! My name is Christina, and I hail from Camp Hill, Pennsylvania (think about halfway between Philly and Pittsburgh). I’m majoring in East Asian Studies at NU, in addition to taking the required premed classes. I love to cook, and I love to try new things–just ask folks who’ve been in my small groups before about the snacks we’ve had :D . One of my favorite things about NU is the abundance of secret little gardens where you can escape to study or read (even if they’re thawed out only half the year…).

Aria Jelinek – Outreach

Hello all!  I’m Aria, sophomore from Traverse City, Michigan, international studies major (although technicallllly they don’t let you graduate with just that one, so I’m also undecided on my real major…but I’ve got a bit to figure that out).  At NU, I’m a big fan of running along the lake, Jamba, painting pottery in the basement of Norris, and the hidden Einstein in Tech.

Chanhan Lee – Prayer

I’m from New Jersey but I’ve also spent my childhood in Northbrook, IL and Torrance, CA.  I’m majoring in Civil Engineering with Architectural Engineering concentration.  I am a huge sports fan (especially football) so you will probably see me in every NU home game (Go Cats!).  Something I love about NU is the endless opportunity you have with studies and the size of the school.  It’s big enough so that you can get involved in so many things, but small enough so that you pretty much know most of the people.

Haley Yang – Prayer

Hola, Haley Yang here. I’m a junior this year studying Spanish and Economics. I’m a native Chicagoan (ok, Chicago-suburbian), but am spending fall quarter abroad in Seville, Spain. When I am on campus, you can often find me sitting in Norris drinking Jamba and possibly studying. A few of my favorite things: dancing, cooking, talking in 3 different languages at once, word games, reading, and bike trips.
